Week 3 of your Rockbusters odyssey brings you to the hallowed grounds of Siurana, a world-renowned climbing sanctuary perched atop a dramatic limestone ridge in Catalonia. Having built your endurance in Chulilla, you are now ready to face the technical masterpieces that have made Siurana a global pilgrimage site. The compact, high-friction limestone here demands surgical footwork, nuanced body positioning, and sharp problem-solving. Characterized by technical crimpy faces, delicate corners, and complex sequences, the climbing in Siurana is as beautiful as the medieval village itself. With cobblestone streets overlooking the stunning Priorat wine region, this week offers an intoxicating mix of history, technical challenge, and Mediterranean culture.
Under the guidance of your Rockbusters coaches, you will navigate legendary sectors like L’Olla, El Pati, and La Siuranella. We will hand-pick routes that expand your technical repertoire, introducing sophisticated movement patterns that maximize efficiency. Siurana’s rock rewards strategy and poise over raw power, making it the ultimate venue to polish your technique. Between sessions, you’ll experience the heart of Catalonia—sampling local olive oils and world-class wines in stone-walled cafés while sharing beta with climbers from every corner of the globe. Here, amidst the magical atmosphere of Siurana, you’ll refine your movement on the same walls where climbing history is written every day.
